Here are the minutes from the last board meeting.

As discussed at today's meeting, I have limited access to the forums so that only registered users can see the discussions.

I currently have openings for all day and before and after school care.  My rates are very reasonable.  I do not charge for holidays, nor days that I might close (which are very far and few between).  I do not charge for sick days (up to 10) and vacation days (up to 10).  If I have your child in the mornings and school is canceled then I would keep your child all day for the daily rate. 

Rates are as follows
Before and after school $5.00 and hour
All day $40.00
weekly rate $175.00
Discounts for each additional child.
I will work with you on the rates if need be.

July 4th and 5th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving day and day after
Christmas eve
Christmas day
I currently have 2 children in A M kindergarten (1 is my own daughter) and I am teaching preschool to two children (one is my own daughter)

I would love that.  Megan is going into Kindergarten and so is another little girl I babysit.  I will be conversing with parents and the school to try and figure out a car pool system since I still have 4 others at home 2 days a week.  cost would be 100.00 a week for both before and after.  Let me know if that would work for you.  490.0808

The pool is open to members of the homeowners' association in good standing and their guests from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.  A pool access card is required to enter the pool.  Replacement access cards are available for $5.  Please email pool@hazeldellwoods.org with your name and address to request a new card.  All lost cards will be disabled.

If you find a card, please email the above address with the numbers on the back of the card so we can return it to its correct owner.

The pool heater is in and should make it quite comfortable for swimming this summer!!!
This should keep the water temperature very comfortable.
Please report any pool issues immediately and discourage anyone you might see playing around the system.
We don't want anyone to get hurt and we don't want any damage.

Hi Barb-

I am interested in your before and after school care.  We live on Linda Way and my daugther will be starting kindergarten this yr at Hazel Dell Elem.  Would you be able to take her to Hazel dell when class starts and pick her up afterwards?

I have openings for 1-2 more children ages 2 and up.  I also accept children before and after school as well.  If you are interested or know of someone that does, please let me know.  I do have references if requested.....My cell is 490.0808.  this is a chirsitian non smoking non animal home.
